Drinks: Estate wines, fresh grape must, smooth grappa, and signature brandy
Food: Traditional Romanian cuisine
Mici (Mititei) – Romanian Ground Meat Kebab – served with French fries and green cabbage salad
Sarmale – Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – served with sour cream and polenta
Tocanita de porc la ceaun - Pork Stew in a Cast Iron Pot – served with polenta
Langosi – Fried Flatbread – served with sour cream and cheese, Nutella, or homemade jam
Cremeș - Flaky layers of baked puff pastry and velvety vanilla custard cream
