Born from the sun-soaked, rocky soils of El Dorado’s high-elevation vineyards, this Negroamaro, a varietal deeply rooted in Southern Italy, expresses a unique New World character. The fruit delivers bold, sun-baked flavors of black plum, dried fig, and black cherry, elevated by a subtle note of roasted herbs, all intensified by extended fermentation on the skins.
The finish remains firm yet polished, with lingering tones of dark cocoa, cured tobacco, and sun-warmed gravel, paying homage to both its Mediterranean heritage and its Californian terroir.
