Terms & Liability Policy

By booking our In-Home Private Tasting experience, you agree to the following terms: Venue Responsibility: The host is solely responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable location for the tasting. Docmanov Vineyards & Winery is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the host's property during or after the event. Alcohol Consumption: All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid identification may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and any consequences thereof. Glassware & Equipment: All glassware, serving equipment, and materials remain the property of Docmanov Vineyards & Winery. The host assumes responsibility for any breakage, loss, or damage to our equipment during the event and agrees to cover replacement costs. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: Any amuse-bouche or food pairings provided are prepared off-site. Docmanov Vineyards & Winery is not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or dietary concerns. It is the host's responsibility to inform guests and advise us of any known allergies prior to the event. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Liability Release: By participating in this experience, you and your guests release Docmanov Vineyards & Winery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or alcohol-related incidents. Photo/Video Consent: We may document the experience for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
