Service Description
Let us bring the vineyard to you. We provide a curated selection of our finest Docmanov wines, or let you choose your own, along with professional pouring services for your birthday, anniversary, or holiday celebration. Enjoy a seamless experience with no corkage fees, just exceptional wine and great vibes. Pricing & Details Our Private Party Pouring Service starts at $125 per hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours, plus the cost of wine, brandy, grappa, and sparkling wine. We offer a 30% discount—our highest discount tier—applied to all wine, brandy, grappa, and sparkling wine purchases for your event. For added variety, we can also serve craft beer on tap from our local partner brewery or sparkling wine by the glass (inquire for pricing). If you'd like a more elevated experience, we offer premium pouring service for an additional $75/hour**, where a server pours wine cocktail-style directly into guests' glasses so they never have to wait in line at the tasting tent. We also provide up to **4 signature drinks** made with our own brandy, grappa, or sparkling wine for **$75/hour extra. For those seeking a higher level of craft cocktail creation, a skilled mixologist is available for $125/hour to design and prepare custom drinks. All bookings include serving equipment, ice, garnishes (as needed), a pop-up tent for outdoor events, and professional staff dressed in black-tie service wear—or casual attire upon request. Glassware rentals are also available upon request for wine, beer, and cocktails at an additional cost. Travel Surcharge: A $150 fee applies for locations between 50 and 125 miles from the winery. We are unable to accommodate events beyond 125 miles.
Terms & Liability Policy
By booking our Private Party Pouring Service, you agree to the following terms: Venue Responsibility: The host is solely responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable location for the event. Docmanov Vineyards & Winery is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on the host's property during or after the event. Alcohol Consumption: All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Valid identification may be requested. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately. Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and any consequences thereof. Service Duration: The minimum booking is 4 hours. Additional time beyond the booked hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate in 1-hour increments. Overtime must be approved on-site by the host. Wine & Beverage Cost: The cost of wine, beer, sparkling wine, and all beverages is not included in the service fee and will be billed separately based on pre-ordered quantities. Equipment & Rentals: All serving equipment, tent, and materials remain the property of Docmanov Vineyards & Winery. The host is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft and agrees to cover replacement costs. Glassware rentals are available at an additional cost and are also the host's responsibility for breakage or loss. Garnish & Food Disclaimer: Any garnishes provided are for beverage presentation only. Docmanov Vineyards & Winery is not responsible for allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or dietary concerns related to garnishes. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking cost. The host is responsible for providing accurate address details at the time of booking. Staff Conduct & Attire: Our staff will arrive dressed in black-tie service wear or casual attire as requested. The host agrees to treat all staff with respect. Liability Release: By participating, you and your guests release Docmanov Vineyards & Winery, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities related to the event, including personal injury, property damage, or alcohol-related incidents.
